Development Expertise Centre (DEC) is an Ethiopian Resident Civil Society Organization (CSO) established in 2007 with the objective to contribute towards poverty reduction strategy adopted by the country. To this end, DEC is working on four major programmes: Education, Sexual & Reproductive Health, Early Child-Care & Development and Food Security & Entrepreneurship among which Education is one of the major programs intended to contribute towards the general education quality improvement.
